No complaints, did n't want to leave. I liked to be there, spent 1 unforgettable day overall. I had a warm welcome from the owner. The building was traditional. Location was stunning and amazing, away from all tourist areas. What's more, it was next to Tha Ba lake which was beautiful and a quiet valley surrounded by rice paddies and forest: )
Didn’t dislike anything about the property. It met requests.

We definitely got our money's worth with the cozy and comfortable room at this idyllic homestay. The location next to the serene lake and rice fields was absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Mr. Giang, treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
The breakfast could be improved with a wider selection of items.

Located in a quiet valley just outside Vu Linh village, it offered a serene setting surrounded by rice paddies and forests. Giang and his lovely family run a fruit farm based on agroforestry principles, and their dedication to conserving the land was inspiring. Giang's excellent English and French skills allowed for meaningful conversations and a deeper understanding of the farm and their future plans. the homestay itself was beautiful, providing a relaxing atmosphere to explore and enjoy. the comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, and spending evenings under the palm leaf canopy bar was a true treat. the highlight, however, was the food. It was undoubtedly the best I have had in Vietnam. Each meal consisted of well-cooked dishes using fresh local produce and delicious herbs. One of the unforgettable experiences was going out on a traditional fishing boat with Giang to watch the stunning sunset and catch some fish for dinner. I highly recommend this activity. Throughout my stay, Giang and his family were welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, even allowing me to work a little with the rice harvest. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Giang and your family, for providing such a wonderful and authentic experience. I will definitely visit again. Cons: Liked everything 😊.

The best aspect of my stay was the stunning natural setting. Located on the shore of a beautiful lake, the scenery was breathtaking. the host was incredibly passionate about his environmental project, which involved building a fruit farm on the lake during half of the year and on rice fields in the dry season. Another advantage was the superb food cooked by the wife. It was hands down the best food I had in Vietnam so far!
One negative aspect was the condition of the road leading to the farm. It would be great if the government could help improve the last 300m of the road to make it more accessible.

This homestay is nestled in a picturesque village with peaceful surroundings, away from all tourist areas. It is located on the shore of a beautiful lake, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere. the rooms are simple but clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the hosts are friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. the food provided is delicious and the dinner is particularly noteworthy, with a variety of tasty dishes. guests have the opportunity to go on a boat ride on the lake, adding to the overall charm of the location.
Mosquitoes and creepy crawlies can be present due to the farm's tropical location.

Amazing local experience! The area was beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views of the lake and rice fields. The owner invited me on his boat to watch the sunset, which was a highlight of my trip. I also had the opportunity to join in on a local party and had a great time eating and drinking with the friendly locals.
I also found that the lack of hotel-style comforts made for a less comfortable stay. a mixed experience.

The room at Giang Tien Homestay-Vulinh Farmstay Thacba was amazing! The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the laptop-friendly workspace was perfect for catching up on work. Plus, the balcony was a lovely addition, providing a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the view.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the air conditioning in the room. It's just my preference, though, and others might still find it enjoyable.
